Returns & Refunds policy

1. Scope of Services

Morena Hygino provides professional Career Coaching, CV/LinkedIn Optimization, and People Operations Consulting. By booking a session or purchasing a service through www.morenahygino.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy (Coaching & Consultations)

Your time and my expertise are valuable. To ensure a professional workflow, the following rules apply:

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

  • No-shows: If you fail to attend a confirmed session without prior notice, the full fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Policy for Digital Services (CV & LinkedIn)

Due to the bespoke and manual nature of CV Rewriting and LinkedIn Optimization:

  • Once the intake process begins and initial draft work begins, the service is non-refundable.

  • We guarantee satisfaction by offering up to two (2) rounds of revisions based on your initial feedback, to be requested within 14 days of the first delivery.

4. Career Transition Program (Packages)

  • If you choose to withdraw from a multi-session program after the first session, you are entitled to a partial refund for the remaining sessions, minus a 15% administrative and processing fee.

  • No refunds are available after the second session of any program has been conducted.

5. Professional Responsibility

While I provide expert strategy and tools to enhance your career or organization, I do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or legal results. Success depends on the client’s implementation of the strategies provided.

6. Payments and Taxes

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in Euros (€). For clients within the Netherlands or the EU, applicable VAT/BTW regulations apply as stated at checkout.
